Thrilled to meet you: We are an IT-agency with in-house development from Vienna. Since 2015, we have been successfully implementing software solutions in various domains. We pride ourselves in supporting our customers through the entire life cycle of their product - from the conception stage to implementation to maintenance and support.
We created the online mentoring platform in 2019/2020 and have been steadily improving it since. We support institutions during platform setup and are happy to create additional functionalities if the (considerable) existing range of functionalities should not meet your needs or you have special requests.
For existing platforms, we offer a maintenance package which includes bug fixing, monitoring and security updates as well as updates whenever new features are added to the platform. Additionally, we offer technical support, most often in form of a ticketing service.
The platform is usually hosted by the institution itself (this is often advisable due to privacy policy guidelines), though we are happy to offer support. Robimo can also host your platform for you if this is your preference.

Further uses for the platform
Mentorship programs aren't the only way our platform can be used. Our platform's functionalities are flexible and can be applied to a wide range of relationships between 'experts' (partner in the relationship who wants to share their knowledge) and 'rookies' (partner in the relationship wants to profit from another's guidance).
Thus, the platform is not only suitable for educational institutions, but also for businesses, for example during the onboarding of new hires. Here, experienced colleagues take the place of mentors and new employees are cast as the mentees..
Even beyond that, the platform can be used anywhere a group looking for a good or service (= mentee) needs to be connected to a group that can provide that good or service (= mentor)
It follows that the roles of mentor and mentee do not have to be restricted to individuals, but can also be taken up by institutions or businesses - our platform can add value to your processes in any situation where a well-thought-out matchmaking system is needed.
Current use in the DACH area
As of summer 2023, the online mentoring is in use by six universities or educational institutions in German-speaking areas in Europe..
